Governor Yahaya Bello of Kogi State at the weekend paid a farewell visit to President Bola Tinubu at the Presidential Villa in Abuja.
Bello’s two-term tenure ends on January 27, 2024 and he will be handing over to Governor-Elect Ahmed Usman Ododo.
Sources claimed that President Tinubu commended Bello for his exemplary service to Kogi State since assuming office in January 2016.
“This acknowledgement from Mr. President serves as a testament to Governor Bello’s commendable leadership, affirming his dedication and impactful contributions to the prosperity and well-being of the people of Kogi State,” Onogu Mohammed, Chief Press Secretary to Governor Bello said.
