The Founder of New Seraph, Iya Aladura General, Dr Oluwaseye Yomi-Sholoye, says necessary measures have been concluded to attract no fewer than 500,000 people to its conference- `Night Of Divine Experience (NODE)”.
Yomi-Sholoye, during a news conference on Tuesday organised to unveil the 2023 edition of the annual NODE tagged: “5.0, the fifth impression”, said the conference would hold for five days as against the previous three days.
She said that the conference holding from Aug. 14 to Aug 18, would take place at New Seraph Prayer City Klm 60 Lagos/Ibadan Express Way, by Sapade Overhead Bridge, Ode Remo Ogun State.
“Over 200 BRT Buses across the state and thousands of Interstate Buses all for free have been made available and provisions for streams for those in Diaspora to connect.
“These arrangements are to create opportunity for more participation and others across board can equally stream the programme LIVE via the church Socials such as The New Seraph Facebook page , You Tube , Seraph Television and others.
“It has been five years of unrelenting efforts toward populating God’s kingdom via evangelism which is the major focus of this ministry, testimonies have been countless.
“The gathering has turned out to be of great success and this year edition will even surpass the previous years because of additional two days,” she added.
Earlier, the Iya Aladura General noted that the programme would lay emphasis on the youth, who she described as leaders of tomorrow and more in number.
Yomi-Sholoye disclosed that the five-day programme would double the inauguration of more Districts and State Chapters of the New Seraph across Nigeria.
She also implored the people who aspired to take part in the conference to be security conscious especially with children and other personal items.
Speaking on the ministry’s support to the people, the Iya Aladura General said that scholarship had been given to students in reputable higher institutions and secondary schools in Nigeria.
She also added that the gesture has been extended to forms of empowerment such as giving vehicles , freezers as well as vocational schools training with start-up capital.
On the issue of the state of economy, she described it as a global phenomenon, advised Nigerians to be patient with the new administration.
She, however, called on the government to come up with policies that would cushion the effect of removal of fuel subsidy which decried by the populace.
“Let’s be more realistic by going for what they can afford like children’ school and others to reduce costs and live within our income limits,” she added.
Yomi-Sholoye charged Nigerians to think outside the box on measures to embark on to meet up with the global challenges, said it was not peculiar to Nigeria alone.
