The Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) will conduct a mock examination for the 2023 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) on Thursday, March 30th.
Head of Public Affairs and Protocol at JAMB, Dr Fabian Benjamin said the mock examination will involve 176,408 candidates.
He advised candidates who registered for the optional mock-UTME to print their notification slips from Thursday, March 23rd.
He added that candidates interested in taking the mock examination can access their slips by visiting the JAMB website and clicking on the 2023 Mock-UTME option in the menu.
The slips can be printed after inputting the candidates’ registration numbers, he said.
JAMB had earlier extended the UTME registration deadline to May 15, 2023, to give candidates more time to register and complete the registration process.
The mock examination, which is optional, is aimed at helping candidates to get acquainted with the UTME examination format and assess their level of preparedness.
