American rapper, Megan Thee Stallion has admitted to having a sexual relationship with her Canadian counterpart, Tory Lanez before their fallout.
Recall that Tory Lanez was sentenced to 10 years imprisonment in August last year after he was convicted in December 2022 of assault with a semi-automatic firearm and two other felonies for shooting Megan in the feet after a party at Kylie Jenner’s house in 2020.
Speaking about her relationship with Lanez in Nneka Onuorah’s new documentary, ‘Megan: In Her Words,’ which premieres on Oct. 31 on Prime Video, Megan admitted lying about having sexual intimacy with the Canadian rapper and later went on to admit that she slept with him on few occasions.
She, however, claimed that it was under the influence of alcohol.
“I lied to Gayle King, b*tch, she was always gonna talk about the shooting, why’d you tryna ask me if I’m f*cking Tory, even if I was I f*cked a n*gga like once, maybe twice on a drunk night,” he said.
Megan Thee Stallion is an American rapper, singer, and songwriter. Originally from Houston, Texas, she first garnered attention when videos of her freestyling became popular on social media platforms such as Instagram. She signed with 1501 Certified Entertainment in 2018, and saw her mainstream breakthrough the following year with the release of her singles “Hot Girl Summer” (featuring Ty Dolla Sign and Nicki Minaj) and “Cash Shit” (featuring DaBaby); the former peaked at number 11 on the Billboard Hot 100 while the latter received quadruple platinum certification by the Recording Industry Association of America (RIAA).
“Cash Shit” was also included on her commercial mixtape Fever (2019), which was followed by her extended play Suga (2020)—both of which peaked within the top ten of the Billboard 200.
