That sophisticated iPhone 12 model may soon disappear from the market due to strident complaints from a French regulator that it emits a high electromagnetic radiation .

A recent test reportedly found that the iPhone 12 model exceeded the limit of electromagnetic radiation for direct body contact, particularly in the hand or in the pocket.

Instead of the maximum permitted four watts per kilogramme, the iPhone 12 model emits 5.74 watts per kilogramme.

Reports also claim that the French agency in charge of telecommunications regulation, known as ANFR, ordered that the iPhone model should “no longer (be) offered for sale in all distribution channels in France” again.

The ANFR recently tested 141 phones in a laboratory to determine how much electromagnetic radiation the body absorbs while using the phone.
