When we attend seminars or conferences; We entrepreneurs get so fired up and want to implement all the things we learnt immediately.
Implementation is a process and capacity is developed.
The most important thing is being informed. Implementation should be in stages based on the resources available per time.
Those little resources can grow if utilized properly with time and focus.
The challenges we face mostly as entrepreneurs is the expectation we have from investors, banks and the pressure we put on ourselves by comparing ourselves to other entrepreneurs.
Who are our advisers? Who are the people dictating the milestones? Do they have practical or theoretical experience? Do they know the peculiarities of the terrain? Have they experienced delays, disappointment, loses and come out stronger?
It is so easy to get all fired up after being advised. Implementation is where the test is.
Dear Entrepreneur….. there is no need to pressure yourself up. Build gradually. You will surely get there with ease and peace of mind.
Pressure stifles our creativity and blurs our vision as entrepreneurs. We surely don’t need it.
