On his first day in office, Kogi state governor Ahmed Usman Ododo named members of his Cabinet and other key aides .

Ododo who took the oath of office as the fifth elected governor of Kogi State in Lokoja yesterday, retained some aides and commissioners of his predecessor including the former Secretary to the State Government (SSG), Folashade Ayoade Arike, Kingley Fanwo and Deedat Salami Ozigi.

The nominees will be presented to the House of Assembly for prompt confirmation as members of the State Executive Council (SEC).
